License Agreement
Queensoft
Note
Please read read the following terms and conditions carefully before using
the Queensoft software. By using Queensoft software you indicate that you
accept the present license agreement. If you disagree with any of the following,
you are not allowed to use the software. You MUST then delete it immediately.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
or a single entity) and Queensoft. This agreement covers all Queensoft shareware
and freeware software products.
Shareware Version
You may use shareware version for 30 days (TRIAL period). After that period
has ended, to continue using this product you have to purchase the Registered
version.
Registered Version
However, particular software may support different licence types.
License types
- Personal license - for personal unprofitable use (1-user).
One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single user
who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed
on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple users, but not
both.
- Network license - for personal unprofitable use (5-users).
The same as 5 personal licences.
- Site license - for personal unprofitable use (unlimited users).
Unlimited number of personal licences.
- Commercial license - commercial use.
Unlimited use of the software, can also be used for comemrcial purposes.
- Academic license - educational use.
As personal license but used for educational purposes.
- Freeware license
Some software is indicated as freeware. You may use and copy it however
you want.
Liability
This software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty
of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The person
using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the
software. The author will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential,
indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even
if the author or an agent of the author has been advised of the possibility
of such damages. In no event shall the author's liability for any damages
ever exceed the license fee to use the software, regardless of the form of
the claim.
The software is as bug-free as possible. But we cannot guarantee that this software
will run in every environment, on any machine, together with any other application,
without producing errors. Please test this program with non-critical data. We
cannot guarantee the safety of your data. Should you detect errors before registration,
you accept them if you register. Any description of bugs will be accepted, but
we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct them.
Distribution
You may distribute Shareware Version to anyone in excat original form. You
are prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies,
however made; and from distributing the software and / or the documentation
with other products (commercial or otherwise) without a prior written permission
from the author
